Aerosmith has made a new notch on their belts in regards to band member injuries. This one seems to be the most dramatic of them all, mostly because it happened right in front of fans. Aerosmith’s lead singer Steven Tyler, 61, fell off the stage during Wednesday’s South Dakota concert and suffered minor head, neck and shoulder injuries. Tyler fell backwards off the stage during the band’s show in Rapid City and was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.
